Cancellation
This is a one-time unlock and does not renew automatically, so there is no later subscription renewal to cancel. You can delete a report during its 24-hour window; deletion closes access to that report.
How to request a refund
Contact support with the order or transaction ID from your PayPal receipt, your RoleGlow report or recovery link, and a description of the issue. We check the order and report state, then a human decides whether to repair, regenerate, or submit a full refund to PayPal. The system does not automatically approve or deny refunds.
Report and evidence window
Raw job descriptions, full resumes, reports, and intermediate artifacts are kept for no more than 24 hours in the normal flow. Contact us within that window for serious technical issues. Once an email arrives, original report access is closed and an internal human-review case archive is created; it is manually deleted after the case ends. After the window, the original data may be gone and we may be unable to investigate the issue.
Who processes the payment
PayPal processes the payment. Refund approval, timing, and settlement depend on applicable law, PayPal terms, the payment channel, and the transaction; this page does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
